ROXUL® products are mineral wool fibre insulations made from basalt rock and steel slag. This combination results in a non-combustible product with a melting point of approximately 2150°F (1177°C), which gives it excellent fire resistance properties. ROXUL mineral wool is a water repellent yet vapour permeable material.

| ROXUL PLUS® is a semi-rigid mineral wool insulation board that is lightweight, water repellent, fire resistant and sound absorbent. This product is suited for applications requiring a degree of site durability and ease of installation. ROXUL PLUS is ideal for O.E.M. industries, acoustic assemblies, steel building insulation and mechanical equipment isolation and insulation. ROXUL PLUS's recommended application temperature is 232°C (450°F). For higher temperature applications, please refer to our RHT® and RW® products. |
