Roxul® announces new Strategic Plans to Strengthen Focus on Customers & Market Requirements: Vice Presidents Re-Define Their Roles at Roxul.

Dennis Beamish named Vice President Sales for Industrial Insulation and Specifications.

Brian LeVoguer announced as Vice President Sales for Building Envelope.

Rory Moss, Vice President of Sales for Residential and Interior Solutions.


Milton, Ontario, Canada – Wednesday January 12, 2011 – Get ready as Roxul prepares to Rock the Globe.  The CEO along with Managing Directors of Rockwool International A/S have for the past 12 months been developing a new strategic direction that will see the company through an aggressive growth phase over the next five years.  The Group has identified their Roxul subsidiary in North America as a key growth market.

Trent Ogilvie, President and Managing Director of Roxul Inc., is excited to announce that Roxul in North America will make organizational changes to ensure the company is positioned to execute against the Group’s overall new strategic direction.  “We have a strong and experienced team of managers that we will leverage in order to serve current and future customers.  At the same time we want to focus on key market requirements in order that our growth investments align with those needs” says Mr. Ogilvie.

As part of this re-organization Roxul is pleased to announce the following changes in the roles and responsibilities of the company’s Sales Vice Presidents, all changes are effective immediately.

Dennis Beamish has been named Vice President of Sales Industrial & Specifications.  Dennis has been with Roxul for 15 years most recently as Vice President of Sales, Commercial & Industrial.

“Roxul is a strong supplier in the Industrial Insulation segment here in North America and I am excited about being able to focus my efforts on this business”, comments Dennis.  “At the same time we as an organization are looking to bring more support to the Architectural & Specification communities”.  Dennis will assemble and lead a Specification Sales Team building on the personnel and resources in place today. Brian LeVoguer takes on his new role as Vice President of Sales for Building Envelope.  Brian most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales for Roofing and Sandwich Wall Panels.  He has been with Roxul for 4 years.  Brian’s new position expands his responsibility to include Roxul’s Commercial Insulation business.  “Bringing Insulation Solutions that address the needs of the entire building envelope is a strength of our organization.  We are committed to supporting our customers from a sales, marketing, technical and logistical perspective to ensure we secure mutual business project after project” says Brian.

Rory Moss has been announced as Vice President of Sales for Residential & Interior Solutions.  Rory has been with Roxul for four years most recently as the Vice President of Sales for Roxul’s Residential business.  In the new role Rory will establish sales direction on all of Roxul’s light density product offerings.  “Roxul has been successfully selling Thermal & Acoustical Insulation solutions in the Retail, Residential and the Commercial segments.  Going forward we want to grow this business through expanded product offerings and strong channels to market to ensure profitable growth for both Roxul and our customers” says Rory. 

The industry can expect more organizational announcements in the weeks to come from Roxul as these individuals move together in the company’s Rock the Globe efforts.
